THE ART of Service (TAoS) training programme is developed to enhance the retail workforce’s skill levels in providing excellent service to boost customers’ experiences, thereby achieving:

B) Enable the Application of the 4Ps of The Art of Service 

C) Augment Moments of Truth to Enhance Customers Experiences
